Shipping Policy

How are your products shipped?

We ship your customized goods through UPS. You can choose from UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.

What are your processing times?

We ship fast. Non personalized items will be shipped in 1-3 business days and personalized items are shipped in 3-5 business days. Need it sooner? Contact us at to prioritize your order, in this case a rush fee will be applied to your order.


I just placed an order. How long it will take before I receive it?

Besides processing time, it may take up to 5 business days to receive your items.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

We might be able to ship internationally. Please, contact us at before placing your order and we will check if it is possible to ship to your country.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

As soon as we hand off your package to UPS, you will receive an e-mail from us with the tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy

Do you accept returns?

You may return non-personalized products for a full merchandise refund. Please see below for details:

- All returns must be approved. Please, contact us at

- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

- You may use any shipping method to send back your package!

- All returns must be in their original form and packaging with no signs of use or wear and tear. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.

- You should receive a credit within 14 days after receiving your return.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any of our personalized items.

What if I receive my shipment damaged, defective or incorrect?

We hope we never receive a damaged or defective item. If you do, please contact within 7 days of receiving the package and we will look in to the issue and help you find the right solution.

We are not responsible for damaged or missing packages resulting from errors made by the sipping carrier but will help you filling a damage claim if that is the case.

I received my personalized items but they are printed incorrectly. How do I fix this?

We will look into the misprint and in most cases we are able to accommodate your reprint request. Please, contact us sending a picture of the misprinted item at
